Many of our members have joined our online general fitness classes, chair yoga classes, and a strength training class that started Monday, March 23.
Lifelong Enhance Your Fitness (10 – 11, M,W,F)
Lifelong Chair Yoga (10:15 – 11:15, Tu, Th)
Lifelong Strength Training (12:30 – 1:30, Th) ***TIME CHANGE
The classes are being broadcast via Facebook live. To join, you will need a Facebook page. Once you have one, search for and join the group(s) you are interested in. The groups to date are: Lifelong Enhance Your Fitness, Lifelong Chair Yoga, and Lifelong Strength Training. After you request to be a member, you will receive a confirmation that the administrator has let you in.
To attend the class, open the group page, just before the class is to start. The class will go live and you should be able to see and hear the instructor. You will not be able to communicate with the instructor except by text and the instructor will likely not respond since they probably won’t read the texts till the class is over. Please leave a message letting them know you were there!
