Lifelong implemented a new fitness program in May. The evidence-based S.A.I.L. (Stay Active & Independent in Life) replaced the Enhance Your Fitness and Enhanced Fitness classes. Our fitness instructors (trained and certified) had been slowly introducing the new format to Lifelong members and officially kicked it off at the beginning of May, having participants set a baseline that will be used to measure the progress they make over time. Strength, Yoga, Tai Chi, and Zumba Gold classes remain the same as before.
