A New Fitness Program is about to be Launched!

Lifelong is implementing a new fitness program, starting in May. The evidence-based S.A.I.L. (Stay Active & Independent in Life)  will be replacing the Enhance Your Fitness classes.  Our fitness instructors (trained and certified) have been slowly introducing the new format to Lifelong members.  They will officially kick it off at the beginning of May with the opportunity for participants to set a baseline that can be used to measure the progress they make over time.
