Dr. Thomas Seeley, author of several books including Bee Democracy and, most recently, Following the Wild Bees: The Craft and Science of Bee Hunting, will present a talk about the craft and science of finding wild colonies of honey bees. Dr. Seeley is the Horace White Professor in Biology at Cornell and teaches classes on animal behavior as well as researching the behavior and social life of honey bees. For nature and science enthusiasts, this is an event not to miss!
