Sitting and standing, using weights, and having fun, participants work to strengthen and stretch their muscles. A good way to burn off some calories, build up your base for balance and health, and share the time with like minded people.
$5 drop in or Lifelong members are eligible for $30/month unlimited Health and Wellness classes
