AT ST. CATHERINE’S OF SIENA ($5 drop-in)
Sitting and standing, using weights, and having fun, participants work to strengthen and stretch their muscles. A good way to burn off some calories, build up your base for balance and health, and share the time with like minded people. Instructor: Deb Bosanko
