An event every week that begins at 12:30pm on Thursday, repeating until December 19, 2019

AT LIFELONG

Sitting and standing, using weights, and having fun, participants work to strengthen and stretch their muscles.  A good way to burn off some calories, build up your base for balance and health, and share the time with like minded people. ($5 drop-in, membership benefit – $30 per month, unlimited Health and Wellness classes) Instructor: Deb Bosanko
