12:30 – 1:30 pm Mondays, LIFELONG (Kathy Chaffee)

Sitting and standing, using weights, and having fun, participants work to strengthen and stretch their muscles.  A good way to burn off some calories, build up your base for balance and health, and share the time with like minded people. ($5 drop-in, membership benefit – $30 per month, unlimited classes)
